In our process, wherever there was a hiccup, the broker had a resolution. Documents were submitted quickly and efficiently without repetitive requests. Closing was done in record time. Lou Escoto is not your average Sr. Loan Officer! We have worked with Lou on three different loans and time and time again he is the one we trust to find the best rate, communicate clearly, and keep everything on track! Most recently we decided to move out of state, before we even picked a realtor we called Lou. Lou's communication is impeccable (coming from a Type A who likes to be in the know), he provided timely updates and clearly communicated next steps. Always being a step ahead of me, Lou coordinated with our realtor selling our home in CA and our realtor working on the purchase of our new home in ID to ensure a smooth transition. Lou is always willing to play with number and ensure that the payment and rate fit into the exact range that I am looking for making the perfect loan and payment plan for us. Lou was with us every step of the way keeping us informed, honestly I can not imagine doing a home loan with anyone else! If you need a home loan Lou Escoto is the one you want for the job!

HE TOTALLY & REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF AND GET'S IT DONE. NOWADAYS IT'S GETTING HARDER & HARDER TO HIRE SOMEONE FOR A JOB AND YOU ALWAYS SEEM TO BE CHASING THE PERSON DOWN IN THAT THEY WON'T GET BACK TO YOU, I KNOW I'M A BUILDING CONTRACTOR AND HAVE THESE ISSUE'S ALL THE TIME, BUT NOT WITH LOU!! This is great company to work with. As a Realtor I have worked with Edgar for a while now and I'm happy to say he is a very processional and caring in how he handles my clients needs. I can also depend on him to work with my veterans loans as well as my conventional loans. Another outstanding and valuable item is that he can provide loans for my Spanish's community that have an ITIN number. I had been looking for someone honest and caring for a while and I found it with Edgar. He is always available during the process to advice and help with our needs. I highly recommend him! .

Edgar is absolutely phenomenal, I have done business with him for over 10 years now. He helped me refinance my rental property and a few primary homes in multiple states over the years and it has always been handled in the best way possible. I love his sense of urgency and that he always makes himself available to answer any questions that might come up. He is very detail orientated and efficient, his follow ups are spot on! He is personable, genuine and really cares to make sure you get the best deal possible and that it goes smooth from start to finish. I don’t even look for mortgage companies on the market any more. I just call him directly when I need a new loan or refinance because I know it’ll be done right!
